NORMAL HOURLY CONSULTING FEE
$300 to $350 depending on complexity of assignment. Rush consulting projects may be billed at a higher rate.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
Actual cost reimbursement for all hotel, airfare, rental car, photo copies, meals, parking, etc.

COURT APPEARANCE AND DEPOSITIONS
$350 per hour with $1,000 minimum daily charge.

TRAVEL TIME
$100/per hour.

MAXIMUM DAILY FEES
Negotiated flat rate fees for extended projects.

ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES
Assistant Expenses (copies, photographs, fax, etc.):
Flat fee billed at $20.00 per hour, as needed.

RETAINER FEE
$2000.00
